How Is the Evolution Program Designed?
TO EVOLVE = realizing your potential by continually renewing your natural "programs," your habitual ways of thinking and acting, and your strategies and approaches to decision-making.
Every person – and every way of living – is a resilient and wise system. It takes care, attention, and time for that system to welcome something new into its repertoire – something that is genuinely useful and becomes part of the way we live and work.
Our experience in supporting personal and team transformation has shown that change can happen instantly, effortlessly, and joyfully. To make that possible, we need to learn a new way of relating – to ourselves, to others, to large systems, and to the world.
AMID THE VARIETY OF PRACTICES AND TOOLS, ONE THING IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT:
The program should never become just another burden – adding even more stress and pressure to an already demanding life.
We will offer a rhythm that allows you to devote no more than 2–3 hours a week to yourself and your development within the program. Your personal consultant will help you integrate every practice and activity naturally into your work and everyday life.

It is important to move at your own pace and create a safe personal space where you never have to do anything you are not yet ready for.
Growth and development are only possible from the position of "I'm OK – You're OK."

What Shapes the Rhythm
  • A Human Community
    You will become part of a community of thoughtful, curious, and engaged people who share a genuine commitment to growth and development.
  • One-to-One Sessions with Your Consultant
    These sessions help you integrate new insights into your everyday life, keep moving with your project, receive feedback on your individual assessments, and explore the questions that matter most to you.
  • Workshops
    Held on a regular basis, workshops create space to explore and integrate new approaches into your life. Led by Evolution consultants, they unfold the core themes of the program and support their practical application.
  • One-to-One Sessions
    Organized independently by participants and held at least once or twice between Integration Sessions. Partners are paired at random.
  • Cohorts
    Small-group meetings where participants practice applying the program's tools and approaches on their own, following a structured plan. Cohorts meet regularly and are facilitated by the participants themselves.
  • EvoGym One-to-One Practice
    An opportunity to develop key skills by working through real cases with a coach-actor, receive immediate feedback, apply it on the spot, and experience alternative ways of responding.
  • Thematic Sessions
    Masterminds and practical sessions focused on topics that matter most to participants. Duration: 2 hours.
  • Integration Sessions
    A space to integrate everything you have explored and discover your own solutions. Throughout the session, you will build a repertoire of approaches, a practical toolkit for your personal development, and a foundation for continued independent practice.

  1. Stages of Adult Development: Vertical Development by Susanne Cook-Greuter, Bill Torbert, and Robert Kegan.
  2. Unlocking potential through Hogan Assessments.
  3. Personal story and narrative practice: the structure of identity and how it can be reinvented.
  4. Sources of strength, energy, meaning, and motivation.
  5. Inner resources and limitations: defense mechanisms, enduring patterns and programs, assets and developmental gaps.
  6. Neurophysiological foundations of attention, clarity, and the capacity to hold complexity, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Daniel Siegel.
  7. State management, approaches to emotional regulation, and emotional maturity.
  8. Productive self-esteem: value and self-worth.
  9. Areas of inner conflict and directions for development: values, beliefs, internal and external roles, context, and environmental factors.
  10. The architecture of contemporary skills and meta-competencies.
  11. Embodied intelligence and the relationship with the body.
  12. Strategic perspective and self-determination: translating strategy into rhythm.
  13. Formulating evolutionary initiatives and projects.
